Zoo day!

Today we decided to go to the Zoo. It turned out to be perfect weather. Cloudy but warm, breezy and not too hot. We have a friends of the Zoo pass, so we can go as often as we want. Today was really great. The kids were great. We had a lot of fun.

Our favorite thing this time was the Lorekeet exhibit. They are these super friendly and colorful birds. They feed them every hour on the hour. So we actually did this twice. The birds land all over everyone and drink nectar out of the cup.

Gioia has her eyes closed, but I thought it was still an ok picture.

Dominic looks really serious, but he did love it. He had two birds on him at one point.


And of course we had to ride the carousel about 3 or 4 times.
